ISIJ Event Registration System

Salaam Alaikum,

 

Thank you for expressing interest in attending programs at the ISIJ of Toronto Centres.

NOTE: To attend an event, you must register in advance through this website. If you do not register for the event, you will not be allowed to enter the centre.

We strongly recommend attendees be between the ages of 15 and 70. If you fall outside of this range, by completing this registration you understand that there is added risk in your attendance.

 

How it works:

• Attendees will be registered on a first come first serve basis.
• Please use the form to register only people in your household (i.e. people who live in your own home).
• Upon completing the form, you will receive an email acknowledging your attendance. If there are no spots left, you will be unable to complete the form. If you are no longer able to attend the event, you will have the option to cancel.
• Up to 24 hours before the event, you will receive an email asking you to complete a COVID screening questionnaire. This is meant to speed up registration at the door.
